Revival is a wellness studio located in Medfield, Massachusetts. Revival offers modern, science-backed wellness services and products that boost immunity, enhance performance and recovery and support overall health optimization. We are raising the bar in the alternative health, biohacking and wellness sector. We want to bring people into the world of health and wellness and create an impactful experience for them.

Job Type: Part-time, 12-20 hours / week
Compensation: Competitive Market Hourly Rate
At Revival, we’re all on the same level and everyone on the team is expected to perform all responsibilities. We’re looking for flexibility and adaptability, people who can multitask with the best of them and who enjoy variety as this position requires a rotating array of tasks and responsibilities.
As part of our Wellness Concierge team, you will be responsible for:
Reception Desk Attendant
Welcome clients by name and with enthusiasm
Maintain an inviting and approachable energy as you manage clients before, during and after their sessions
Provide an enjoyable, caring and conscious environment for our clients and fellow team members
Answer phone calls, emails and text messages
Think creatively in business and seek sales & membership opportunities
Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back; this includes clienteling, accurately recording all sales & appointments, assisting with merchandising and stocking responsibilities, and keeping the studio neat, clean and organized
Wellness Technician
Learn and communicate the operation and benefits of various wellness technologies
Explain services to clients in a clear and enthusiastic manner
Operate wellness technology
Instruct and empower clients on usage of technology for each of Revival’s sessions
Maintenance and Housekeeping
Ensure linens, towels and supplies are stocked in retail, lounge, and treatment rooms
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning multiple times throughout the day
Prompt turnover of treatment rooms when the client exits, ensuring that the room is clean and prepped for the next appointment
Overall
Respond to issues in a positive and helpful manner
Show up with a kind, honest & non-judgmental attitude every day
Resolve complaints and concerns in a way that ensures the client is satisfied and leaves happy (and wants to come back!)
Adhere to all of the written standards of operations, policies, procedures, manuals, instructions and employee handbook that are in place at Revival
Work as a team. Be professional, maintain good relationships, listen, and respond appropriately to our clients and staff
Expand your knowledge about wellness practices, including treatments and products while actively pursuing additional product knowledge as needed
Understand and speak to the science, technology and benefits of Revival treatments (it’s all totally learnable and we’ll provide the necessary training)
Other tasks and functions as assigned based on business needs throughout the studio
What we are looking for…
Charismatic people with a passion for wellness and self-care
Top notch customer service
Someone who likes people and enjoys social interaction
3 years of progressive customer service experience (preferable in a spa, gym, yoga studio, fitness or wellness center)
Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technological and scientific components of services
Professional attitude and appearance at all times
Personality - we want our clients to be excited to see you when they walk in the door
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all clients and fellow Wellness Concierge members
Health enthusiasts and biohackers who love, see, experience and understand the benefits of our science backed offerings
Someone with a self-care practice so there is modeling of a healthy lifestyle
