We have maxed out the space in our treatment room so you can bask in the glow from all angles. Our FDA Class II medical device emits 5 of the most clinically proven therapeutic wavelengths of red and near infrared light at the same time for truly next level therapy. These wavelengths are delivered in a specially formulated ratio to stimulate cell metabolism and other beneficial processes in the many layers of the body including the skin, bone, connective tissue, organs and glands, and the brain.
How does red light work? The device exposes your skin to specific wavelengths of light. Different wavelengths penetrate the skin, stimulating natural biological processes during the session. In the simplest of terms, red light is a supercharger for your cells. With more energy, our cells function better.
Red and infrared light can reach deep into joints and tissues, increasing circulation, oxygenation, cellular repair, and reproduction. Many athletes who use light therapy before or after working out experience less muscle soreness, faster post-workout recovery and better muscle tone.
You can choose to soak up the bright lights and good vibes in silence or level up your session with a meditation or dance it out to one of our curated playlists. You can also upgrade your session with Ignite – which is part of our NuCalm session suite – Ignite activates your gamma brainwaves and puts you in full-on beast mode. What do I wear?
Less is definitely more – the more skin you can expose to the red light, the better.How long is the session?
The actual session itself is 10 minutes. Since we’ve maximized the panels in the room, you’ll get a wellness hit from both sides (normally you’d have to rotate). We encourage you to relax in our lounge before and after the session to integrate all the benefits of your session.How often should I do a session? You’ll get an energy boost after just one session. However, like all our services at Revival, the benefits are cumulative, so 3-5 times a week is optimal.
Are there any contraindications? There are a few, so if any of these apply to you, it’s best to avoid a red light session until speaking with your health care provider.
