  • What do I wear?
    Less is definitely more – the more skin you can expose to the red light, the better.

    How long is the session?
    The actual session itself is 10 minutes. Since we’ve maximized the panels in the room, you’ll get a wellness hit from both sides (normally you’d have to rotate). We encourage you to relax in our lounge before and after the session to integrate all the benefits of your session.

    How often should I do a session? You’ll get an energy boost after just one session. However, like all our services at Revival, the benefits are cumulative, so 3-5 times a week is optimal.

    Are there any contraindications? There are a few, so if any of these apply to you, it’s best to avoid a red light session until speaking with your health care provider.
