How many sessions will I need?
Even after just one 20 minute session you can expect to experience pain relief, better range of motion and even a better night’s sleep! For athletes and those with chronic pain, we recommend 3-4 sessions a week and then once a week for maintenance therapy.What should I wear?
Similar to a traditional massage, you’ll undress from the waist up so your skin is in contact with the wave mat.How long is a session?
The initial session is 30 minutes and subsequent sessions are 20 minutes. During your initial session, a member of our Wellness Concierge will calibrate the Wave Mat so each channel is adjusted to make the stimulation feel equally intense everywhere.
