Getting the body to sweat is the best way to eliminate toxins and promote detox. Our full spectrum sauna produces near, mid and far infrared waves to gently warm your body from within. You won't feel that intense heat associated with traditional saunas. You will definitely sweat, but it's actually really comfortable. Plus, our infrared sauna is equipped with medical grade chromatherapy, which restores balance by means of applying color to the body. You can choose a clinically-backed health program or customize all three infrared wavelengths to maximize health benefits as your needs change and evolve.

  • What should I wear?
    Whatever you are most comfortable in, but we recommend as little as possible so the infrared can penetrate as deep as possible! We recommend wearing (or bringing) light, loose fitting clothing to the studio as you'll continue to sweat for a bit after your session.

    How often should I use the sauna?
    One session will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But similar to exercise, the more you do it, the better the results. Recommended use is 3-4 times per week for 30-45 minutes.

    How long is a session?
    Our Smart Sauna takes personalized wellness to a whole new level. With data-driven programs using specific blends of far, mid and near infrared, it seamlessly adapts to your wellness goals. Since the sauna suite is yours for 45 minutes, please choose your own wellness adventure:

    Detox (37 minutes): Mid and far infrared. Starts at a high intensity to increase the body's core temperature, then reduces to a lower intensity level. Mid and far infrared combination improves vascular access flow to reach toxicants at the cellular level.

    Weight Loss (30 minutes): Mid and far infrared. Starts a high intensity to stimulate the cardiovascular system, then reduces to a medium level. As the body works to cool itself, heart rate increases cardiac output and metabolic rate, like aerobic exercise.

    Cardio (45 minutes): Near, Mid, and Far Infrared Starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac output, then lowers to sustain heart rate level. Circulation increases to promote healthy blood pressure.

    Anti-Aging (30 minutes): Near, mid and far infrared. A low, constant intensity level penetrates the body and cells absorb the light energy to help skin health. Near infrared improves overall skin tone, elasticity and firmness, promotiong anti-aging benefits.

    Relaxation (40 minutes): Near, mid and far infrared. Far, mid, and near infrared combination induces deep relaxation as it relieves muscle tension at a low, comfortable intensity, promotion overall stress reduction.

    Pain Relief (30 minutes): Near, mid and far infrared. A far and mid infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling while near infrared penetrates the tissue promotion cellular repair at a medium constant intensity level.

    Custom: Gives you full control of each heater, allowing you to maximize the infrared power, output and intensity of each session.

    When will I start sweating?
    Sweat levels are different for everyone. Don’t be surprised if you don’t sweat during the first few sessions. Sweating will increase with regular use. Even if your body is not drenched in sweat, your body is still detoxifying from harmful toxins. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water before your session. If you are dehydrated, you will not sweat as much.

    Can I shower after my session?
    At this time, Revival does not have a shower in our studio. However we actually recommend not showering immediately after your session, if possible, as you continue to sweat out toxins and burn calories while your body cools down. It could take an hour to fully cool down, but feel free to shower 30 minutes after your session. We will provide plenty of towels for your post-sauna use.

    Are there any contraindications? There are a few, please see below. If you aren't sure, please talk to your health care provider.
